It may be summer in the northern hemisphere, but down here in the southern hemisphere it’s nearly winter.
Anyway, there is arguably no better way spending your summer months than at the beach. Personally I don’t really like the beach but I suppose that is just me.

All it was was a picnic ground, which overlooked the beach and main street.

Yes, it is a very nice beach. The beaches around that area are all nice. Point Lonsdale, I think is the one, has beautiful soft sand
